1. Production Timeline

Estimated production timelines will be communicated at order confirmation.
Delays may occur due to material availability, design changes, or circumstances beyond company control.

2. Delivery & Installation

Delivery charges depend on distance and site access.
Delivery may take up to two business days after completion and full payment.
Customers must ensure adequate access. Additional charges apply for difficult access, dismantling, or reassembly.

3. Customer Delays & Access Responsibilities

Customers must ensure clear access to the area where the furniture will be placed (stairs, lifts, door widths, etc.).
Mithuz Private Limited is not responsible if items cannot be placed due to site access limitations.
Any additional labor, modification, or delivery charges caused by restricted access will be borne by the customer.
The company is not responsible for storing items without damage if the customer delays acceptance after manufacturing.

4. Site & Measurement Responsibility

Customers are responsible for accurate measurements, site preparation, and suitability of space for the furniture.
Mithuz Private Limited is not liable for issues arising from incorrect measurements, site limitations, or inaccessible areas.
Any adjustments required due to site constraints will incur additional charges, borne by the customer.
